Last updated: August 2026

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Posters are printed and quality-checked before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Mumbai: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or above a minimum order value as displayed on the site.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard.

5. Packaging

Posters are shipped in sturdy, crush-resistant tubes or flat packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and a refund will be processed minus shipping charges.
